Theif Caught!

The island is too small for a thief to get away. I woke up this morning to the sound of a text message on my phone. My new friend from the police station sent me a text that read… robber caught ha ha ha! I thought he was kidding me. I have seen him around a lot and we have a pretty good relationship. We have had dinner together, he has been to my house several times and I have seen him around and just talked for a while. Last night on my way home (about 11:00pm) I saw him just starting his duty. I told him to be sure to circle my house a few times and dont fall asleep. Little did I know that he would be the officer that apprehended and arrested the robber. I wont go into all the details of how they caught him, but they showed me a video of him so I would know his face. They recovered the Gameboy (ironically just one day after I received an email from a friend that emailed me and told me that she had sent a package via DHL to replace our stolen items.) All the other items had been sold and the money is gone. So we did not recover the ipod or the money. We did have a new friend come to our home today. I wish I could tell you all the details.I got the clippers out to cut my hair and they dont work. I guess I will have to go try to get a haircut here. That ought to be interesting. I think I will give it a try tomorrow. I hope I dont have an Enzo for a barber (Seinfeld episode.) While we were all cleaning up the dishes from dinner (a whole family event now) Angie found the Wal-mart bag that my clippers were in. We had a moment of silence (she almost cried) and then we used it for a trash sack. I am sorry this post is so short, but we spent most of the day sweating and we were afraid with the ungrounded 220 volt apartment that we might get electrocuted if the sweat dripped on the computer.Thats all for today. Can you tell we are back to normal?
