Nurse, Mom, Dad, Cook, Maid, Host, etc. on a rainy day

Today was probably the toughest day so far. I remember only a few times that Angie has been sick and even with the comforts of the United States it was difficult. I spent the day trying to do housework (washing clothes, cleaning dishes and sweeping), taking temperatures and giving medicine to my two ladies, cooking for all of us, hosting our friends while they had no place to stay, and hugging Kyndal because Mom just cant function. I am thankful for today because I became aware of how hard Angie works. Because of our limited dishes and clothes, it seems that if we are not washing clothes, we are washing dishes – all of which takes about 5 times as long as it did in the states. Brado has cabin fever because it has rained all day (which puts a real strain on drying clothes. Again, I am not complaining… thankful that I am aware of the hard work. I dont have a lot of time to blog today as you can imagine.I think I have mentioned the sound system and screen behind our house, well they built a cover so they can leave the system and projector out if it begins to rain. They played the same CD over and over. Since I have about 20 gig of music on my computer, I thought, “Why dont I make them a new CD? At least we will have new songs to listen too.” You can only listen to “Sweet Child of Mine” by Guns and Roses so many times. I burned them a new CD and took it to them. They were thankful and really like the new music. They played about 3 or 4 songs and then the football game came on. We will see tomorrow if they really liked the new music or if they were just being nice.
